What to expect

90-minute format

30 minutes warm-up, 30 minutes handstand practice split by level, 30 minutes HIIT finisher. You'll leave exhausted — in the best way.

Downtown Toronto

Location rotates — different downtown spots each month. Exact address goes out to registered attendees a few days before.

2 hosts, 16 people

Jonny coaching, Garson Karrel co-hosting and spotting. Small group means real attention — not a correction shouted across the room.

Common questions

Do I need experience?

No. First-timers and people who haven't moved in a while are exactly who this is for.

How fit do I need to be?

Fit enough to move for 90 minutes. If you can walk up a few flights of stairs, you'll manage.

Will I handstand after one class?

Honestly? Not fully — a clean handstand takes time, closer to learning to walk than learning a trick. But you'll leave knowing exactly how to train, and with people to train with.

What should I wear?

Comfortable athletic wear. Bare feet or grip socks. No shoes.

What if the class is full?

Luma has a built-in waitlist. Add yourself and you'll be notified automatically if a spot opens.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes — have them register separately on Luma.
